JOB TITLE: Pre-Sales Engineer
LOCATION: Berlin, Germany (DACH)
PACKAGE: €90,000.00 - €105,000.00, plus Stock Options

My client is the world leader in macOS and iOS management. They deliver, support and service the solution for their client’s management needs in education and business. My client’s software offers the breadth and depth of functionality in package building, inventory, image management, remote imaging, remote updates, iOS mobile device management and a powerful framework for automated support.
Key Experience Required:
- Native or extremely fluent level of business German is required
- Required to be comfortable with reading and writing business English
- 5 years+ in technical sales, support or services experience is required
- Experience with presenting/speaking to an audience on technical topics
- At least one of the following is required: Proficient with Apple technology within a business or education environment AND/OR MDM, EMM industry or relevant experience with software vendor
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Role Information:
- Be the technical point of contact for prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process
- Work jointly with the sales team on strategy & discovery sessions, in order to understand customer requirements, and develop targeted technical solutions with unique business value
- Demonstrate my client’s products to prospective customers, either remotely or directly on site
- Support product evaluations, proof of concept, and pilot implementations of my client’s solutions to timely success
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue and billings goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Represent my client’s by presenting at conferences, events, community groups and roadshows
- Assist the global SE team via product testing and knowledge sharing
- Special projects as assigned
- Travel 50%, excluding international travel for training in Minneapolis, MN
