JOB TITLE: Mid-Market Account Executive (DACH)



LOCATION: Munich, Germany



PACKAGE: €70,000.00, OTE of €140,000.00

Key Experience Required:




  • You have experience in solution selling (having knowledge of SaaS software is an advantage)

  • You have demonstrated that you achieve and exceed personal sales goals

  • You have a “start-up DNS”

  • You are secure in exchange with marketing and sales executives

  • You have a winning personality and excellent communication skills

  • You are experienced in handling CRM systems

  • You are passionate about it and enthusiastic about my client’s solution

  • You have the unwavering desire to develop yourself, your team and your company

  • You have the desire to work in an outstanding team

  • You have excellent German and English skills



Role Information:




  • You penetrate the business models of future customers at lightning speed

  • In the customer dialogue you question the status quo and uncover ‘pain points’

  • You convey the added value of my client’s solution in the respective customer context

  • You support customer teams to attract internal stakeholders, e.g. by means of suitable business cases

  • You work closely with my client’s Customer Success Team

  • You build a network with C-level decision makers

  • You enjoy turning customers into my client’s true fans

  • As part of an ambitious sales team, you’ll enjoy learning new things every day

  • After training at my client’s headquarters in Ghent/ Belgium, your place of work is in Munich
