Enterprise Strategic Partner Manager (IC)
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £140,000.00, plus £40,000.00 on top, plus stock and full benefits

Our customer is one of the greatest brands the world has ever seen. They are known heavily as a B2C business that are now developing a global start-up within B2B enterprise. This particular customer doesn’t really know how to fail, and because of this it makes their B2B proposition even more exciting. Their solutions will be centred around large scale transformation projects for both the private sector and the public.
Key Experience Required:
- You are an expert at presenting and are good under pressure. You also make the complex simple
- You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability in all that you do everyday
- You are quick on your feet and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside of my client
- You can settle disputes, negotiations and own the hard calls with minimal noise
- You know how to contribute to a team and enjoy a collaborative environment with open dialogue and debate, also empower your teammates to do their life’s best work
- You can communicate well in big and small groups
- You relate well to all kinds of people and you can connect with them when faced with a challenging opportunity
- You have experience in building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensure the partnerships are driving top line revenue growth
- Bring extensive years of experience as a Strategic Partner Manager
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- You seize every opportunity and empower others to reach their goals along the way

- Presenting to different types of audiences
- If a project needs extra support than you must step up and bring your knowledge to the table and help out
- Solve complex business problems in simples and innovative ways, creating competitive and breakthrough strategies
- You need to make tough calls, even after considerable time and energy has been invested, you stand by your deep analysis, wisdom and experience to make quality and timely decisions
- You do what it takes to win
- Will be identifying new business transformation opportunities and support these deals though to closure
