Sales Leader, Channel & Small & Medium Business
LOCATION: London, UK or Surrounding
PACKAGE: £120,000.00-£170,000.00, plus 30% bonus, with stock, plus full benefits
Company Information:
Our customer is one of the greatest brands the world has ever seen. They are known heavily as a B2C business that are now developing a global start-up within B2B enterprise. This particular customer doesn’t really know how to fail, and because of this it makes their B2B proposition even more exciting. Their solutions will be centred around large scaled transformation projects for both the private sector and the public.
Key Experience Required:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Experience in leading a business solutions-orientated organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for new customers and demand for the future
- Bring extensive experience leading Enterprise sales organizations
- Have experience building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensure the partnerships are driving top line revenue growth
- You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability in all that you do
- Understanding of how business financials work and strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition
- You analyse the market and think beyond the short-term
- You know how to build and motivate a team, create environments that is collaborative and one that empowers team members to do their life’s best work
- You can relate well to all kinds of people, you know the people around you and you also are open to their feedback
- You think clearly, you simplify complex problems and distil big decisions down to their core
Role Information:
- Collaborating closely with internal and external partners to create plans and programmes that scale the business.
- Work closely with reseller’s leadership to build and execute business development plans.
- Facilitate sales activity, share status and progress to the reseller, customer and my client’s sales teams, mobilising resources for growth and delivery
- Solve complex business problems in simple and innovative ways
- Create competitive and breakthrough strategies that truly shape the future
- Making tough calls
