This particular customer doesn’t really know how to fail, and because of this it makes their B2B proposition even more exciting. Their solutions will be centred around large scale transformation projects for both the private sector and the public.  

Key Experience Required:

• Need customer, partner and team relationships, deeply understanding their business needs, challenges and concerns; you not only need to meet the customers expectations but exceed them


• Candidate needs to be quick on their feet and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside of the business


• You can settle disputes


• You strive for excellence in everything that you do and have a do not give up attitude


• You have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions for the Swiss Public Sector. In your experience, you’ve balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers, and demand for the future


• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education


• You are open to feedback and you know how and when to connect with people
