LOCATION: Germany
PACKAGE: £120,000.00 + £16,000.00
Company Information:
Our customer is one of the greatest brands the world has ever seen. They are known heavily as a B2C business that are now developing a global start-up within B2B enterprise. This particular customer doesn’t really know how to fail, and because of this it makes their B2B proposition even more exciting. Their solutions will be centred around large scale transformation projects for both the private sector and the public.
Key Experience Required:
- You have experience advising on technical business transformation solutions for large enterprises or at least 5-8 years of experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering role
- Understanding how business financials work and strategies for sustaining profitable growth are key to staying ahead of the competition
- You analyse the market and think beyond the short-term
- Deeply understanding the customers and their business needs, challenges and concerns and exceed the customers’ expectations
- You can settle disputes, negotiations and own the hard calls with minimal noise
- You have a Batchelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- You adapt to change and find the right path without necessarily having all the pieces to the puzzle
- You think clearly; you simplify complex problems and distil big decisions down to their core
- It is rarely easy, sometimes decisions require you to make tough calls, even after considerable energy has been invested
- You stand by your deep analysis, wisdom and experience to make quality and timely decisions
- You step up to conflicts and see them as opportunities to shine, have influence
- You bring IT knowledge in the areas of enterprise messaging, collaboration, Wi-Fi, client management solutions and enterprise security technologies
Role Information:
- Create demand generation activities, identify new opportunities, accurately forecast and coordinate fulfilment logistics
- Effectively execute plans by cross-functionally partnering internally and externally
- Create plans for solutions and new use cases and then help to drive the execution of the solution
- Help remove technical barriers and friction points and enhance customer readiness for our platform and create new practices and share them
- Requires you to make tough calls, even after considerable time and energy has been invested
- Know how to contribute well to your team and be able to have a collaborative environment with open dialogue and debate
