LOCATION: London, UK



PACKAGE: £40,000.00

It enables their clients to comprehensively analyse every page of their site to find opportunities to improve performance, increasing their traffic and profitability. My client has grown from humble beginnings to a globally – recognised, awards-winning piece of search software in a matter of years and they are rapidly expanding. There teams are ambitious and driven. With a 62% growth within site visibility after utilizing the platform for just 12 months.



Key Experience Required:




  • A self-starter with the right energy and mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible working environment

  • A naturally curious mind that is going to be enthusiastic about keeping up with the latest trends and developments within the SEO and digital marketing industry

  • Someone who is energized by personal interactions and thrives on building long term relationships

  • An excellent communicator who possesses strong interpersonal skills as well

  • College grad with 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer support (digital marketing or SaaS sales/customer support a bonus!)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce



Role Information:




  • Ensure my client’s clients – primarily large enterprises and major agencies – understand and receive the absolute most value out of my client’s platform

  • Lead a structured onboarding program, including trainings and providing support documentation

  • Oversee the day-to-day account administration of U.S. customers

  • Build brand loyalty by being personable, proactive and helpful in all client interactions

  • Represent my client at various industry events

  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback from our clients
