Summary

My Client is a global software company providing the most advanced peer to peer solutions for Endpoint management and security. The company is delivering double digit high growth for the past 5 years delivering world class technology solutions to Fortune 500 global enterprise companies deploying Microsoft and VMWare modern workspace platforms. 

To support growth plans, my client seek an individual contributor sales hunter with significant responsibility developing and closing both direct and indirect business with enterprise customers across the territory. A great opportunity for a highly self-motivated and self-sufficient experienced sales professional to be first person into the territory and grow out a business. Although the role is remote based it is supported by EMEA based engineers and global support.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual new business sales target
  • Create and develop high value new opportunities through a combination of individual prospecting, partner development and sponsored marketing events
  • Manage healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurate monthly, quarterly and annual business closure working with Adaptiva sales operations approach
  • Develop and manage global and sales partners for the territory.
  • Upsell and increase ARR business through existing territory accounts 

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ year experience and proven successful enterprise software sales hunter at C and C-1 level
  • Able to work remotely with support provided when needed
  • Able to travel across territory as required
  • Knowledge of end point management and security an advantage
  • Strong teaming and communication skills to develop existing and future partner opportunities

Remuneration

A competitive contract is offered consisting of a monthly fixed contract fee, attributed sales commissions and accelerator bonuses for overachievement.
