JOB TITLE: Manager, Sales Development
LOCATION: London, United Kingdom
PACKAGE: £65,000.00 Base + £35,000.00, plus Pension and Healthcare, 25 Holiday Days

Key Experience Required:
- You will have had experience in B2B technology sales (preferably SaaS) either as an Individual Contributor or as a Manager with a proven track record in opportunity generation, consistently exceeding performance goals
- You will have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to spot potential lead and revenue opportunities, and a good understanding of outbound sales processes
- Highly emotionally intelligent: excellent listening and relationship building skills, with sufficient maturity to liaise with all levels/types of roles with the business
- You will have demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others in order to effectively retain talent and a passion for developing professionals at the early stage of their careers
- You can keep calm under pressure, and you’re confident and outgoing, with high energy, focus and levels of self-motivation
- Working within a sales-driven environment you will need to be comfortable in a competitive sales environment: motivated by success against target
Role Information:
- You will train the SDRs to be more effective at identifying prospect businesses that will gain value from my client’s solutions
- You will coach the team to employ the right sales methodologies, instilling the value-skill set and developing their business acumen
- You will inspire the team to reach and overachieve goals and will drive consistent performance against KPIs
- You will build and maintain effective relationships across the sales and marketing organisations
- You will identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure the SDR function is following best practices
- You will track, monitor and report on SDR trends and conversions, using analytical skills to identifying strengths, risks and opportunities to win
- You have the chance to make your mark, implementing the best practise in one of the largest SaaS SDR functions in London, you will be at the front line of the growth of the business and will play a key part in creating success for the future
