JOB TITLE: Relationship Manager

PACKAGE: £90,000.00, plus £30,000.00 variable bonus

My client is an independent company specialising in aligning bespoke, flexible resourcing solutions to financial services clients. My client has successfully completed major assignments for many of the top tier institutions in financial services and industry utilities within a global arena.

Key Experience Required:

  • Someone who prides themselves on delivering for clients
  • An inquisitive problem solver who is naturally organised and detail orientated you will have the ability to become a product expert and the go-to person for clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate excel skills and pre-requisites
  • Will need to be comfortable meeting clients face to face, reviewing performance in client facing situations and hosting and presenting at networking events when needed
  • Industry of management consulting, financial services or banking

Role Information:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Liaise with Clients in person, via telephone and email to manage day to day running of accounts
  • Develop understanding of client’s needs and make recommendations to improve processes as trusted advisor
  • Use the below sources to generate pipeline of work:
  • Utilise deployed resources to find further business opportunity
  • Host and attend Client events to expand network
  • Proactively enhance knowledge on upcoming industry challenges and market my client’s solution
  • Monitor and maintain Margin through management of Revenue and Cost
  • Assist in managing client relationships post-sale by on-boarding them into SalesForce
  • Manage and own monthly PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
  • Cross-sell my client’s different services and Regions to clients
