JOB TITLE: Field Marketing Manager



LOCATION: Frankfurt, Germany



PACKAGE: €70,000.00-€72,000.00 base, plus Expenses paid

Key Experience Required:




  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required

  • Excellent budget management and project tracking

  • Creative problem-solver and analytic thinker

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills

  • Experience with direct and channel marketing lead generating activities

  • Fluent in English – verbal and written

  • Excellent budget management and project tracking

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, On24 or other webinar platforms

  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change

  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required

  • Experience with B2B high-tech companies; software background is a plus

  • Highly motivated, flexible team player

  • 30% - 50% travel potential

  • Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in Marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business or related discipline; A combination of education and experience will be considered



Role Information:




  • Evaluate marketing mix and maximise pipeline and account-based engagement opportunities using a mix of digital, ABM, content, social and event marketing programs

  • Integrate channel partners into the marketing mix and ensure productivity of co-marketing programs and lead follow-up

  • Present, manage and optimise quarterly marketing plans and budget, and participate in regular sales meetings to provide monthly reporting on demand metrics

  • Work collaboratively with EMEA and global tams and build cross functional relationships

  • Leverage best practises and champion partners to create scalable marketing programs, customer-facing content, and internal enablement

  • Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency of messaging and look across all applications

  • Drive execution to exceed demand metrics and quantify program impact (ROI, engagement, funnel metrics)

  • Communicate and educate stakeholders to ensure integrated, consistent and powerful alignment in all endeavours
