Strategic Partner Manager
LOCATION: London, UK or Surrounding
PACKAGE: £120,000.00-£160,000.00, plus 30% bonus, with stock, plus full benefits
Company Information:
Our customer is one of the greatest brands the world has ever seen. They are known heavily as a B2C business that are now developing a global start-up within B2B enterprise. This particular customer doesn’t really know how to fail, and because of this it makes their B2B proposition even more exciting. Their solutions will be centred around large scaled transformation projects for both the private sector and the public.
Key Experience Required:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- You have experience building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensure the partnerships are driving the top line revenue growth
- Bring 8-12 years of experience being a Strategic Partner Manager
- You know how to build and motivate a team
- Create an environment that is collaborative and one the empowers team members to do their life’s best work
- Deeply understanding of the customers business needs, challenges and concerns
- You are a good communicator, with both customers and teammates
- You adapt to change and find the right path without necessarily having all the pieces to the puzzle, things aren’t always clear, but you can thrive on you own rather than waiting on others
- You relate well to all kinds of people and when faced with a challenging opportunity, you know who to connect with and when
- You can simplify complex problems and distil big decisions down to their core, sometimes the decisions require you to make tough calls, even after considerable amount of time and energy has been invested
