Solution Architect
LOCATION: London, UK
PACKAGE: £100,000.00 base
Company Information:
Our customer is one of the greatest brands the world has ever seen. They are known heavily as a B2C business that are now developing a global start-up within B2B enterprise. This particular customer doesn’t really know how to fail, and because of this it makes their B2B proposition even more exciting. Their solutions will be centred around large scale transformation projects for both the private sector and the public.
Key Experience Required:
- You have experience delivering technical business transformation projects to large enterprises. Or you bring at least 5 years of experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering experience.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- You have expert level hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and my client’s technologies. Or you bring 5 years’ experience problem solving IT problems in a multiple platform environment.
- You have qualifications and certifications from leading hardware, software and infrastructure vendors.
- You have experience in managing macOS or IOS hardware or software deployments or environments at scale.
- You have excellent customer-facing technical presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- You are an expert at presenting and cool under pressure. You make the complex simple and you empower others to learn, to be curious and share your passion for my client’s story
- You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability in all that you do everyday
- You believe the communication is key, you can actively talk and listen through endless possibilities with customers and teammates
- You adapt to change and find the right path without necessarily having all the pieces to the puzzle. When things aren’t always clear you can still shift gears and thrive when asked to explore new ground, rather than waiting on others
- You think clearly, you simplify complex problems and distil big decisions down to their core
Role Information:
- Working with customers and channel partners across the EMEIA region, there will be a degree of travel involved
- Will be presenting to different types of audiences
- Communicating with internal and external
- Make tough calls when it is needed and stand by your deep analysis, wisdom and experience to make quality and timely decisions
