We are looking to expand our development team with an experienced software developer, with a key focus on Java skills and equally good understanding of other programming environments like Unix /C/C++. Work in a cross-functional development team with skill sets ranging from hardware, middleware up to application framework design.
Java Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Design and development of APIs, frameworks and tools in Java
• Opportunity to influence and impact the architecture, standards, and design of key product initiatives for applications in Java services
• Contribute within a team of top engineers
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial software development
• MS/BS in Computer Science or computer engineering or equivalent field
• Knowledgeable of commercial software development, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions
• Professional Java development experience, Java and typical frameworks
• Solid understanding of cryptographic primitives and protocols highly desirable Technical experience includes:
• Extensive Java n-tier application experience
• Strong SQL skills with considerable experience in Oracle or SQL Server
• Knowledge of XML/XSL
• Experience with Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic or Websphere
• Strong with OO design and development
• Solid grasp of concepts and algorithms
• Quality oriented working style
