PACKAGE: £100,000.00-£140,000.00 OTE

Key Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree


• 6 years’ experience in retail banking and financial services or combination of experience, education & superior performance


• Proven ability to present in front of large audiences and react quickly to complex scenarios


• Extensive experience in the development of retail banking technology solutions


• Knowledge in the area of Retail Loan Origination Workflow, compliance, and my client’s best practices

Role Information:

• Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around my client’s specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences


• Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations specific to retail functionality


• Demonstrate creating Salesforce.com custom fields and editing page layouts within my client’s demonstration environment


• Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the retail aspects of banking


• Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific data requests


• Lead training webinars for internal to explain recent release functionality


• Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment


• Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect’s technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations


• Collaborate with my client’s Product Development teams to ensure functional requirements are being addressed in the product updates


• Attend regular cross-functional company training to provide Retail Banking insight
