JOB TITLE: Partner Manager  



LOCATION: Hammersmith London, United Kingdom



PACKAGE: £60,000.00, plus £40,000



 



Company Information:



My client are the experts in location and mobile technology. They have gained great traction in enabling domestic and business customers to track engineers to their door (Uber/ DPD Style). This has a direct impact on customer satisfaction scores, increases productivity by reducing first time across abort rates and reduces incoming anxiety calls that clog up contact centres. For example, my client is the tech behind the recent British Gas TV and radio campaign, that enables customers to track their driver as seen on the campaign. This then resulted in British Gas seeing a 20% reduction in missed appointments and significant increase in customer experience through deploying my client.



Key Experience Required:




  • Demonstrable ability to develop rapport and solution sell into channel partner businesses at senior levels with strong communication and people skills

  • Results orientated: show agility to adapt under evolving circumstances and set stretch goals

  • Successful track record in recruitment and account management of channel partners preferably with in a SaaS environment

  • 5+ years’ experience in solution selling (partner/ecosystem environment) with at least 2 years within the partner enterprise space

  • Education: Degree level preferred and experience of owning a channel strategy and delivering against a target

  • Relationships within an existing partner ecosystem to accelerate recruitment of potential new partners for my client

  • Ability to train, develop and motivate a partner sales team

  • A naturally winning attitude. They have real opportunity to own a marketplace and create space between my clients and their competition

Role Information:




  • Winning, maintaining and expanding relationships with agreed channel partners to fuel a pipeline of new business leads/ clients

  • Proactively leading joint partner planning processes that develops shared business plans, mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis

  • Working closely with all teams to ensure client and prospect satisfaction and a frictionless working environment

  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

  • Becoming renowned as a thought leader, creating content and building up your Social Selling Index, that will lead to yourself and my client being the centre of industry attention, and success
