JOB TITLE: Enterprise Sales Manager
LOCATION: Cambridge, United Kingdom
PACKAGE: £70,000.00 - £85,000.00 Base, £160,000.00 OTE, Pension and Fuel

Key Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience
- Excited to join a leader in the AI software industry
- Demonstrative success in driving new business revenue and forming partner relationships
- Proven record of consistent overachievement of sales goals
- Highly skilled in managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to manage multiple decision makers
- Ability to oversee partnership/alliances enablement/management
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through Salesforce
- Able to thrive in intense high energy environment
- Familiarity with knowledge management or customer support software would be advantageous
- Proven and demonstrable track record as a persistent over-achiever in enterprise and channel sales
- Experience in HR software solutions would be a definite advantage
Role Information:
- Selling Enterprise SaaS Software solutions gained within a major software vendor
- New Business Sales
- Working closely with partners to deliver consistently against targets
- Working with previous accounts, generating new revenue
- Networking all Management within the Target Customer
- Target, manage and sell to a defined geographic territory
- Prospect and generate fresh leads to maintain a full sales pipeline
- Close and process all prospects, managing an end-to-end sales lifecycle
- Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
- Hunt and aggressively prospects new business
