JOB TITLE: Key Account Manager (existing accounts)
LOCATION: London, United Kingdom
PACKAGE: £50,000.00 Base, £100,000.00 OTE, plus £550.00 car allowance PCM, Healthcare and Pension

My client is the world leader in macOS and iOS management. They deliver, support and service the solution for their client’s management needs in education and business. My client’s software offers the breadth and depth of functionality in package building, inventory, image management, remote imaging, remote updates, iOS mobile device management and a powerful framework for automated support.
Key Experience Required:
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in related software industry, is required
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in selling complex solutions to Fortune 1000 account with demonstrated achievement is required
- Ability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis and be measured on this
- Familiarity with salesforce or client management software is required
- Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of business and IT contacts within large and complex organisations is required
- Experienced selling in both direct and indirect channel sales models
- History of coordination within an internal set of multifunctional teams to ensure target quotas are achieved and exceeded
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Ability to work independently and self-starter/hunter mentality and coordinate with order team members to achieve their sales targets
Role Information:
- Grow existing customer relationships and elevate my client to a more strategic position within selected key accounts
- Cultivate new business sales of my client’s Whole Product Experience (WPE) within a list of key accounts in the United Kingdom & Ireland
- Ascertain assigned accounts adoption, growth strategies and business plans
- Prescribe short-term and long-term solutions with the WPE to achieve customer and client goals
- Develop meaningful relationships with vital stakeholders within key accounts to increase my client’s mindshare
- Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, channel partners, and team members within the same account
- Utilizes internal and competitive data to benchmark quarterly sales performance and determine strategic implications
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organisation
