Role and Responsibilities
To help support their vision, they are looking for a smart, ambitious people-person with a passion for technology. Ensure clients – primarily large enterprises and major agencies – understand and receive the absolute most value out of the company's platform
Lead a structured onboarding program, including trainings and providing support documentation
Oversee the day-to-day account administration of U.S. customers
Build brand loyalty by being personable, proactive and helpful in all client interactions
Represent the company at various industry events
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback from the company’s clients
College grad with 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer support (digital marketing or SaaS sales/customer support a bonus!)
A self-starter with the right energy and mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible working environment
A naturally curious mind that is going to be enthusiastic about keeping up with the latest trends and developments within the SEO and digital marketing industry
Someone who is energized by personal interactions and thrives on building long term relationships
An excellent communicator who possesses strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
